1.How do you calculate the energy consumption of devices?

If the client has an individual electricity meter, we provide the client with a consumption calculation based on the energy system's data. This system allows us to see the start of device installation on the distribution board (ГРЩ) and get the correct consumption data for their devices, as well as automatically calculate the energy consumption per rack per hour.

If the client's devices are placed on mixed shelves, we provide the client with a detailed financial report on hash rate, including formulas, prepared by the Financial Department.

2.What are "log files" on the device?

A log on the device is a text file that contains system information about the operation of the miner. The log records actions performed by the program or user. With these files, we can easily detect malfunctions and resolve them.

3.Can I visit the facility to check my equipment?

Yes, with timely notification of the visit, the client will be granted 24/7 access to their equipment.

4.How will the devices be serviced?

The devices will be serviced by a team of professionals 24/7. We have a seasonal preventive maintenance plan for mining equipment, based on the standards of the device manufacturers.

5.Which pool to mine on?

We can provide a list of pools that we believe are more profitable compared to others. Additionally, for large clients, we can offer a partnership program with pools that we have close cooperation with or our own pool.

6.How to work with a pool?

Our customer service will provide professional consultation on all issues related to the operation of devices and working with the pool.

7.What to do if the device needs repair?

If the device breaks down, specialists from our service center will help resolve any issues on-site, regardless of the model.

8.If I have my own spare parts on-site, how much does the replacement cost?

If the technical staff uses the client's spare parts for the replacement, the service is provided free of charge.

9.If I don't have spare parts for replacements on my equipment, can you help purchase them?

Yes, our procurement department can select the necessary spare parts at competitive prices and, after approval with the client, help purchase and deliver them to the site. Additionally, our service center always keeps a stock of original and most in-demand spare parts.
